Order Cancellation Policy

1. Cancellation Before Shipment

          In case you want to cancel your order prior to shipping, you can do so by calling              our customer support team:

          Support Hours: Monday to Saturday, 10:00 AM – 06:30 PM

           Orders cancelled before dispatch will be processed accordingly.

1. Cancellation After Shipment

          Once an order has been shipped or dispatched, cancellation is not allowed.

Refund Policy (Important)

Franck Emiliano does NOT offer refunds on prepaid orders.

All prepaid orders are final and non-refundable

Refunds are not applicable for:

• Change of mind

• Delayed delivery

• Incorrect address provided by the customer

• Refusal to accept delivery
